Identify the requirements for using HATS.
Convert a legacy application to utilize a graphical user interface.
Use the advanced rules-based transformation engine.
Deploying a variety of options and widget, to transform host screen elements into Web screen components.
Widgets include drop-down lists, radio buttons, hot-link lists, and button tables.
Customization of widgets and creating new widgets to meet your specific requirements.
Using HATS macros to support programmed navigation through multiple legacy screens.
Utilizing Rational Studio for developing and testing your HATS-enabled application.
Packaging your HATS application for installing and running on the WebSphere Application Server.
